Returns & Exchanges
Products that are returned are only eligible to be exchanged. Items that are exchanged will receive a redemption code towards their next order. Items that are exchanged must be in its original form and packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost for all exchanged items.
Please contact us with any further concerns that you may have in regards to your order.
** During the holiday season all orders placed between Nov. 28th- Jan. 2nd will have 2 additional days added to our normal processing and shipping time.
All orders are processed and shipped out between 4-6 business days.
During promotional sales orders are processed and shipped between 7-10 business days. Once you order has been shipped you will receive an e-mail with your USPS tracking number.
Shipping Damages & Lost/Stolen Packages
Damage or loss that occurs during the delivery process is the carriers responsibilities.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If the tracking number indicates that the package was delivered, then you must contact the carrier.

Custom Orders are available upon request. However, we do not do customized orders for discontinued items. We do minor changes to existing items.
Custom orders does not apply for promotional sales.
Customize Shea Butter products are only available in Mega Size. Customize Soap orders must be four soaps or greater.

Do you make large quantity orders?
- Yes. We are available for large orders. A request must be made at least a month in advance. Please submit request to PinkNaturalProducts@gmail.com. We have done orders for baby-showers, Swag bags and Party Bags.
